International Friendship Day I&E Bazaar

Hi 105

1] Please bring your bazaar publicity materials and games props tomorrow. We will try to finish all the prep work by 5.30pm if you are fast workers.

2] Both teams will have to take charge of the overall publicity which includes informing the 'potential customers' about the types of food, games and attractive prizes we have lined up. I saw your advertisement on classroom whiteboards which is really good effort. Perhaps you might want to have mini posters around the school. I can print the posters once you have given me the designs tomorrow.

All the best!
