I&E 'Trolley' Problem Solving Poster and Report Requirements


Hi 105,
Before you proceed to print your reports, please take note of the following:

1] Please amend your project titles to: "Scenario Problem Solving- Unreturned Supermarket Trolleys"(change NTUC to supermarket)
2] Make sure your cover pages include all the required info
3] Cover pages need not be in colour
4] Please ensure that all fields of the group report have been filled in, including 8 underlying causes and solutions

NTUC supermarket and many other supermarkets in Singapore have been losing many trolleys each year due to the inconsiderate act of Singaporeans. This problem has caused the supermarkets to incur large cost.

Poster 2

  1. Action Plan: details, steps, research and people involved etc
  2. Images and diagrams: layout of supermarket, system, mock-up models, prototype etc

Reminder- Presentation and mindmap on Sources of Innovation

Please visit the blog to check your grades for the presentation on 'Sources of Innovation' once Vivek's group has presented.

Do prepare your mindmaps and add in the information on 'sources of innovation' when we re-visit the 7 sources of innovation in Term 2 Week 2 and 3.
Mindmap on 'Innovation' should include 'sources of innovation' which you are presenting on, definition and examples of innovation vs invention, traits of a innovative person, social/ product innovation etc.
